At the world's largest electronics trade fair in Las Vegas, petWALK presents the world's first SMART premium door for pets!

At CES® 2018, petWALK is presenting the world's first fully networked high-end pet door that can be controlled from anywhere using a mobile app, any web browser or smart home devices such as voice assistants. Opening, closing and configuring the door is child's play! Individual notifications keep the pet owner up to date on current events and a timeline provides information about what has happened during the day.

But not only an app was developed, but much more!

petWALK is the first company in the world in its industry to offer a completely modular and flexible hardware and software design, which means that the petWALK door can be expanded with external devices such as RFID readers and sensors, but also with any cloud-based services. At the same time, the integration of petWALK itself into external smart home systems is made possible. This means that new technologies and - even more importantly - customer requests can be responded to flexibly. petWALK is showing completely new application possibilities at CES®, such as the radio-based integration of an external RFID antenna, which makes using the pet door even more convenient for animals with implanted transponders; the connection to the Nest™ Cam, which enables a new type of animal recognition and, as an intelligent video interface, enables observation of the animal entrance; the connection to Amazon's Echo™ ("Alexa"), which means that the petWALK pet door can be operated by voice control; and in cooperation with one of the leading parcel delivery companies DPD, a parcel delivery service via the petWALK pet door, which will be able to safely accept deliveries in your absence in the future.
