Payment Methods

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay in online shops securely, easily, quickly and free of charge.

• Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again every time you make an online purchase.
• Simply: You pay with two clicks. This is because you use the bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again for each purchase.
• Fast : PayPal payments arrive quickly. We can then ship the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.
  
  

Register and use PayPal immediately:

1. Open a PayPal account.
2. Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.
3. And now you can pay with PayPal.
   
   

How does it work?

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will automatically be redirected to your PayPal page after clicking on "Continue to PayPal". There you make the payment and then receive a confirmation by email from both PayPal and the petWALK online shop.

• Whether VISA or MasterCard - with us you can pay easily and securely by credit card.
• When you order online, simply indicate that you wish to pay by credit card.
• During the ordering process, your card number, validity and card verification code will be requested. You will also need your credit card's SecureCode for secure online payment.

• Sofortüberweisung works like a normal online bank transfer.
• The payment is checked and confirmed immediately, similar to a credit card payment.
• When making an online purchase, you can complete the payment process directly using the account details of your online bank account.
• Payment by Sofortüberweisung is only available in the following countries: DE, AT, CH, BE, IT, NL, ES, PL
  
  

• A great option is to pay by invoice.
• You can pay the invoice 14 days after receiving the goods and test them extensively at home.
• For a small fee, you can extend the payment deadline to 60 days. Please note! This does not mean that the return period is extended to the same length. The return period is always a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the goods.
• Purchase on account is only available for customers in DE, AT, BE, NL, FI.
• You will be asked for your name and date of birth, which will then be used to carry out a credit check.
• If there is insufficient data available for the credit check or if the result is negative, please select another payment option.
  
  

• You can choose between two installment payment models.
• If you select 1-20 months, you can finance up to 1500€ in up to 20 installments, the rest must be paid in advance.
• If you select 3-36 months, you can finance the entire invoice amount in up to 36 installments.
• The financing partners require video identification with a valid ID upon first use. Therefore, make sure that your device has a functioning camera.
• Installment purchase is only available for customers in Germany and Austria.
