Participation Conditions
Eligibility:
Only adult, natural end customers residing in Europe are eligible to participate.
Only individuals who have ordered a petWALK pet door are eligible to enter. Only orders that include a petWALK pet door can be refunded.
Each person is only allowed to participate once. Participation via contest clubs, automated services, or other service providers is prohibited.
Employees of petWALK and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Contest Conditions:
Participants agree to the use of their data for contest participation and the publication and provision of their last name, city, and a photo with the prize. Participants who provide false information or violate the participation conditions will be excluded from the contest.
An order amount of up to €3,000 can only be reclaimed if the participant has not exercised their statutory right of withdrawal. The prize will be issued in the form of a refund of the order amount for the specified order via bank transfer.
The ordering period is limited to the entire month of December 2024. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible for the contest.
Only one winner will be determined. The winner will be notified by email in February and must respond within 14 days to confirm their prize claim. If the winner does not respond within the 14-day period, the prize claim will expire, and a new winner will be determined.
Data Protection:
Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the use of their data at any time. In this case, participation in the contest will no longer be possible. The data collected in the context of the contest will only be used for the execution of the contest and will be deleted after the contest concludes, unless there are legal retention obligations.
Legal Recourse and Liability:
Legal recourse is excluded. Petwalk Solutions GmbH is not liable for any technical problems that may impair participation in the contest.
