Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Participation is open exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in Europe, who already use a petWALK pet door. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries submitted via competition clubs, automated services, or other commercial providers are not permitted. Employees of petWALK Solutions GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Contest Period:
The contest runs from June 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025. All entries submitted by July 31, 2025, and for which permission to publish has been granted, will be included in the prize draw. Winners will be notified by email in August 2025.

Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded among all eligible entries. The selection will be made internally by petWALK Solutions GmbH. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers will be added to the respective customer accounts. Goodie packages will be sent by mail.

Use of Submitted Content:
By participating, the entrant confirms that they hold all rights to the submitted materials and grant petWALK Solutions GmbH the free, unlimited (in time and geography) right to use the photos and videos for communication and marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, newsletters, presentations).

Data Protection:
Personal data collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time; however, this will exclude them from further participation. After the contest ends, all personal data will be deleted unless legal retention requirements apply.

Legal and Liability Notice:
Legal recourse is excluded. petWALK Solutions GmbH is not liable for any technical issues that may prevent or affect participation.
